Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks according to our PPM schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical components
  • Coordinating with vendors for warranty and AMC services
  • Monitoring energy consumption readings
  • Troubleshooting power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials
  • Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders
  • Supporting production by working in a safe and customer-focused manner
  • Minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment
  • Fire alarm and fire extinguishers regular checks
  • Maintenance, oiling, and greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, rolling shutters
  • Attending regular electrical works
  • Height work and hot work permit issuance
  • Minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls
  • Providing daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCA
  • Tools inventory update
  • PPM schedule maintenance
  • Taking care of soft services activities such as pest control, housekeeping, scrap, and garbage disposal

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Controls & Instrumentation
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
