About the Role:

At NielsenIQ, we are seeking a talented Support Specialist to join our team. As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality product and technical support to internal and external users of our production systems. This is a unique opportunity to work with various technologies in a multi-tenant, cloud-based environment and participate in our newest product deployments to clients.

About the Responsibilities:

As a Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a working knowledge of NielsenIQ Client Portal Systems, supported products, and technologies. You will be responsible for fulfilling service requests and responding to technical incidents by executing actions based on standard operating procedures. Additionally, you will prioritize, research, troubleshoot, and resolve or escalate technical issues with desired Service Level Agreement (SLA).

About the Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting skills and concepts, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must also be able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and take initiative to solve issues and complete work independently. A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field is preferred, along with 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related area.
