We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead our team and drive business growth.

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of junior engineers. You will work closely with our appointed structural engineering consultant and peer reviewer to ensure seamless project delivery.

You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Your exceptional communication skills will help you coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

You will lead and review the development of structural designs for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures. Your technical expertise will involve overseeing the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools like ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and RCDC.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders on structural matters. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will help you participate in design charrettes, pre-construction meetings, and construction progress meetings. You will prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management through our appointed consultants.
