Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Defining product and platform vision in collaboration with the Product leader
  • Demonstrating thought leadership and driving delivery of AI products and solutions
  • Conducting original research on large proprietary and open source data sets
  • Identifying, researching, prototyping, and building predictive models
  • Creating frameworks for AI/ML code deployment to ensure robustness and reliability of production-ready models
  • Understanding industry processes and incorporating them into solutions
  • Measuring and optimizing the quality of algorithms
  • Collaborating with engineering teams and platform teams to drive vision for AI/ML platforms
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a similar field or domain
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Signal Processing, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or AI/ML
  • At least one core programming expertise, such as Python (Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, Signal Processing packages), R, or Scala
  • Strong statistical knowledge, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, intuition, and experience applying machine learning models to real-world data
  • Strong project management skills to execute multiple projects in parallel
  • Experience deploying production-ready ML code
  • Experience with knowledge graphs, optimization, decision theory, or signal processing
  • Interpersonal skills, including good verbal and written communication skills, cross-group and cross-culture collaboration
  • Understanding of algorithms and machine learning principles
  • Experience with healthcare data analysis is an advantage
