Job Opportunity

The position of Assistant Manager involves overseeing the efficient functioning and maintenance of plant and utilities automation activities. This includes implementing effective maintenance strategies, managing spare parts inventory, controlling costs, ensuring equipment redundancy, and providing education and qualification to team members.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain maximum availability of utilities equipment and uninterrupted operation.
  • Manage spare parts stock and budget with justification.
  • Implement cost reduction measures to minimize maintenance expenses.
  • Ensure 100% compliance for instrument calibration and process validation for HVAC and utilities.

The Assistant Manager will lead root cause analysis for utilities events, manage maintenance contracts, and develop standard operating procedures. They will also be responsible for promoting a safe work environment and reviewing documentation and site change control processes.

This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to drive continuous improvement efforts, execute automation improvements projects, and ensure high safety and environmental standards.
