Senior Analog Layout Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Analog Layout Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our projects.

Description:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing critical analog, mixed-signal, custom digital block, and full chip level integration support. Strong knowledge of Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphic Caliber DRC/LVS is essential for this role. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing layout verification like LVS/DRC/Antenna, quality check and support documentation. Additionally, they will be responsible for delivering high-quality block-level layouts on time and guiding junior team members in their execution of sub-block level layouts and reviewing critical items.

Skill Requirements:

  • Analog Design: Expertise in designing and developing critical analog, mixed-signal, custom digital block, and full chip level integration support.
  • Design Tools: Strong knowledge of Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphic Caliber DRC/LVS.
  • Verification: Performing layout verification like LVS/DRC/Antenna, quality check and support documentation.
  • Leadership: Guiding junior team members in their execution of sub-block level layouts and reviewing critical items.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/VLSI Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in analog/custom layout design in advanced CMOS process.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate high-quality and accurate execution to meet project schedule/milestones in multiple project environments.
