About Our Analog Layout Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog Layout Design Lead to contribute to cutting-edge analog layout design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality layouts that meet tight design constraints.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Expertise in IR drop, Electromigration, self-heating, RC delay, and parasitic capacitance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of how layout impacts circuit performance (speed, area, etc.).
  • Ability to implement layouts that deliver exceptional results.
  • Hands-on experience with CADENCE/SYNOPSYS layout tools and flows.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (PERL) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Design and optimize analog layouts for complex ICs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain process designs and documentation.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in the design and development process.
