Job Title: Technical Operations Specialist

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients by identifying and resolving hardware or software issues. You will monitor network activity and identify performance issues that may need to be addressed by IT support staff. You will also coordinate and participate in team meetings to discuss new technology initiatives.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware components such as processors, memory, and hard drives. You will analyze data from logs and other sources to identify and resolve problems with computer networks or applications.

You will design or update computer networks or operating systems to improve performance or functionality. You will maintain documentation of all actions taken during the troubleshooting process.

You will determine the cause of problems and suggest solutions for problems related to computer hardware or software. You will develop plans for disaster recovery in case of system failure or data corruption.

You will work closely with all levels of customer and external engineers and management on the most complex problems. You will prioritize workload and advance technical problems where appropriate to the next level of expertise.

You will effectively prioritize and manage personal list of outstanding customer queries. You will utilize ticketing system to track all support calls.

You will manage workload efficiently while being able to resolve time-critical situations professionally. You will analyze business requirements for applications and customer deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with C# / C++ programming experience required.

JD for CD : While providing production support should be involved working closely with development team to develop, design solutions based on in-depth analysis of the requirements.
