Technical Support Specialist Role

This position is for a Technical Support Specialist who will work with our Client Success team to provide top-notch support to customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional technical assistance to both internal and external clients, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.
  • Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team based in India.
  • Collaborate with the QA lead on quality assurance activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with minimal support from the development team.
  • Engage in conversation with internal and external customers to quickly identify the root of their problem.
  • Propose practical workarounds to customers when the fix will take time to be released.
  • Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure problems are resolved.
  • Support the launch of new applications.
  • Offer support through procedural documentation.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Test and evaluate new releases.
  • Suggest innovative ideas and out-of-the-box solutions for efficient operational processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Availability to work during US hours (9 am to 6 pm central time).
  • Experience with tech support for web-based business applications and mobile interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Java, JavaScript (React), MySQL, AWS.
  • Proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Experience in ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, etc.
  • Experience in texting and communication-based applications is a plus.
  • Certifications in Linux, Java, Web development, AWS are desirable but not required.
  • Experience in using AI tools for day-to-day tasks.
  • A development mindset to quickly scale into a developer with minimal training.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
