Mobile App Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Flutter developer to join our mobile app team. As a Flutter developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development and a strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter frameworks. They should also have experience with state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
  • Implement clean architecture and state management.
  • Write scalable, maintainable, and modular code.
  • Convert UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect mobile apps.
  • Ensure responsive layouts that adapt to different devices and screen sizes.
  • Work closely with designers to refine animations, transitions, and overall user experience.
  • Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, or third-party SDKs.
  • Handle real-time data sync, offline storage, and caching.
  • Implement authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth).
  • Write unit tests and widget tests to ensure reliability.
  • Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks, crashes, and bugs.
  • Optimize apps for speed, memory usage, and responsiveness.
  • Monitor and improve app stability & crash analytics.
  • Work with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features on time.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage builds, releases, and deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and testing.
  • Provide post-release support, monitoring app performance and user feedback.
  • Stay updated with new Flutter releases, Dart improvements, and mobile app trends.
  • Experiment with new libraries, tools, and frameworks to enhance development speed.
  • Suggest process improvements and best practices to improve team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Flutter development.
  • Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter frameworks.
  • Experience with state management solutions.
  • Understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and security.
  • Experience with Firebase services.
  • Knowledge of Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to native Android or iOS development.
  • Experience with GraphQL, AWS Amplify, or other backend services.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools.
