E-commerce success begins with a solid foundation of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining e-commerce websites for our clients using Shopify's platform. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and implement solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize Shopify e-commerce websites to meet client requirements.
  • Extend theme functionality to include custom cart features, filters, and other complex data structures.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to identify key problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical skills in JavaScript, Liquid, and SCSS, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience as a Shopify developer or relevant skills, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and a strong portfolio of past projects demonstrating the required skills and experience.

Requirements
  • Experience with front-end JavaScript libraries like React, Vue, Svelte, etc.
  • Competence in Vanilla JavaScript (ES6) including async javascript.
  • Experience in Liquid and SCSS (or tailwind / MUI).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly document and report issues.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
