Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
This is a full-time position, requiring 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manual testing principles and functional testing methodologies.
The successful applicant will be responsible for performing functional and manual testing for web-based applications, as well as writing and executing test cases.
They will also be expected to collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of testing strategies into our agile development processes.
- Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive testing for web-based applications
- Write and execute test cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Design and implement automated tests using industry-standard tools
- Ensure data integrity and backend validation
- Log and track issues using project management tools
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
For this role, we require the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in QA/testing
- Strong understanding: Manual testing principles and functional testing methodologies
- Knowledge: SQL and database validations
- Experience: Automation frameworks (Playwright preferred)
- Understanding: AI/ML-based workflows in applications
- Familiarity: Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/GitHub/Jenkins
