About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting patent applications, delivering prosecution projects, and developing well-crafted claim sets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft patent applications for inventions in information and communication technologies (ICT), ensuring compliance with US and EP patent standards.
  • Deliver prosecution projects, independently formulating response strategies to office actions and drafting complete responses.
  • Develop well-crafted claim sets, draft provisional specifications, and complete patent applications.

Responsibilities Continued:

  • Provide training to team members on multiple technical areas.
  • Mentor team members and interns, guiding them on drafting and/or prosecution work.
  • Apply process knowledge to produce high-quality results, perform root cause analysis, and provide recommendations for team improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/technology from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent domain knowledge in ICT field.
  • 4+ years of experience in patent drafting and/or prosecution, with at least two years in US jurisdiction.
  • Experience in drafting 50+ patent applications for the US domain.
