Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Product Specialist who will bridge the gap between product marketing, digital branding, and content creation. This role requires someone with a blend of marketing strategy, digital expertise, design creativity, and storytelling skills to effectively position our products and engage target audiences across multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, create, and execute marketing campaigns that drive business results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage social media presence and create daily/weekly content calendars that showcase our brand's personality and values.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote product launches and key events, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing KPIs to inform strategic decision-making and maximize ROI.
Digital Marketing
  • Develop and execute campaign ads, email marketing, and lead-generation campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions.
  • Measure performance and ROI using Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to refine our marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Content Creation & Copywriting
  • Create engaging blogs, case studies, captions, and marketing collaterals that tell compelling stories and convey our brand's message.
  • Develop innovative storytelling formats for product promotion and brand awareness, leveraging visual elements and narrative techniques to captivate our audience.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field that demonstrates a solid understanding of marketing principles and digital technologies.
  • 12 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, or product marketing that showcases a proven track record of success and achievement.
  • A strong understanding of social media trends, SEO, and digital advertising that enables us to stay ahead of the curve and adapt to changing market conditions.
