Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and driving process improvements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, scheduling, and supervising daily production activities for magnetic core manufacturing.
  • Ensuring production targets (volume, quality, and timelines) are met efficiently.
  • Monitoring machine utilization and optimizing production workflows.
  • Identifying process bottlenecks and implementing lean manufacturing and Kaizen practices.
  • Assisting in process development and standardization for winding, annealing, coating, and testing of magnetic cores.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervising and training operators and junior staff on best practices, SOPs, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinating with stores and planning department for raw material availability.
  • Maintaining daily production reports, downtime analysis, and KPI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in magnetic cores, transformers, or inductors.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Hindi languages.
