As a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team with day-to-day accounting, administrative, and secretarial tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently, utilizing knowledge of accounting software like Zoho, QuickBooks, or Tally.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action.
  • Keep records of customer invoices and send reminders, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Arrange for payments from customers and follow up as needed, providing excellent communication and customer service.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting, assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Provide periodic updates to management on finance activities, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in company secretarial work, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Carry out supplementary tasks in admin and accounts, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required by supervisors, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of accounting software, including Zoho, QuickBooks, and Tally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
