We are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:
  • You will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and memorable experience to every guest.

As a key member of our hospitality organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every interaction with our guests is positive and lasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome guests warmly, making a lasting first impression.
  2. Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently to minimize wait times.
  3. Assist guests with menu queries, special requests, and dietary needs in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Build strong relationships with regular guests and recognize VIP customers to foster loyalty and retention.
  5. Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy, using it as an opportunity to improve our services.
  6. Coordinate with service staff, kitchen, and management to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high level of service quality.
  7. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception/host area that reflects positively on our brand.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable personality, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or guest relations is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
