Qualifications

  • A Master's in Landscape Architecture with 1–2 years of experience, or a Bachelor of Architecture with 2–5 years of experience in large-scale landscape architecture projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on large-scale developments including townships, apartment complexes, plotted developments (20+ acres), and lake/riverfront projects.
  • Prepare and review landscape construction drawings, tender documentation, and BOQs.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
  • Deliver high-quality project documentation across all stages.
  • Manage resources efficiently, maintaining deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in handling large-scale projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge in concept design, visual rendering, preparing construction drawings, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
