Role Overview

This is an opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to work as an Interior Designer, leveraging their creative thinking skills and expertise in Modular design to deliver exceptional results for clients.

  • To own the Sales funnel and drive successful sales closure by building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • To lead customer experience during a project, ensuring seamless interactions and timely resolutions through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • To take ownership of quality and accuracy of design deliverables, meeting and exceeding client expectations by maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
  • To manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion, using project management skills and tools to ensure smooth delivery.
Key Qualifications and Expertise
  • Graduation or relevant diploma in interior design or related field.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an interior designer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation) and modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).
  • Strong knowledge of design tools including PPT presentation and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Result-oriented team player with strong integrity and ethics, crisp and meaningful communication, and willingness to learn and drive performance among independent team members.

The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust approaches based on feedback. They should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide innovative solutions for clients.
