Job Title

An experienced Security Manager is required to implement stringent security measures, conduct timely security audits and deploy security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective security SOPs and policies to ensure the protection of assets.
  • Conduct physical security and safety awareness programs for employees and contractors.
  • Investigate theft and fraud cases promptly and effectively.
  • Manage security personnel and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory records and regulations.
  • Train and develop security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Regularly inspect locations to identify potential security risks.
  • Monitor returnable goods gate passes to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Liaise with local law enforcement agencies to maintain good relationships.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Strategically utilize resources to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Formulate, review and implement administrative policies effectively.
  • Maintain premises, facilities and equipment in good condition.
  • Manage office services, including fax, post, courier and telephone services.
  • Supervise canteen facility and hospital operations.
  • Facilitate vendor services and planning.
  • Comply with contractual, legal and statutory requirements.
Budget and MIS:
  • Support the HR Head in preparing annual HR expenses budget.
  • Control admin budget and maintain good relationships with authorities.
