The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate financial models with scenario analysis, conducting DCF, relative, SOTP and other relevant valuation methods, creating data-driven investment ideas and supporting portfolio managers in their investment decisions, discussing investment ideas and market updates, preparing earnings reviews, preview, attending conference calls and management meetings, crafting pitch notes/presentations, industry and thematic reports, building and updating databases, collecting and analyzing news, handling ad hoc research requests, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Financial Modelling and Research Report-Writing/Presentation Making Skills: The analyst should have excellent skills in building complex, error-free models with well-defined revenue/cost driver assumptions, carrying out earnings sensitivity analysis, providing own valuation views after carrying out relative, DCF-based or industry appropriate valuations, and writing bulletins and one-page summaries.
  • Numerical Abilities and Attention to Detail: Numerical abilities, an eye for details, and ability to handle multiple workflows with tight deadlines are essential for this role.
  • Writing and Presentation Skills: The analyst should have good writing and presentation skills to write in a logical and structured manner that requires minimal rework and build effective presentations.
  • Client Relationship Management and Communication Skills: Good client relationship management skills and communication skills are required to maintain constant communication with the client and other stakeholders.
