Job Title: Advanced Physics Researcher

Role Overview

We are seeking researchers with strong physics backgrounds to refine large language models. Your work will improve the models' ability to understand and solve complex physics problems, including mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and quantum theory.

Research Objectives
  • Determine the maximum radial distance an electron reaches from a long, current-carrying conductor's axis due to the generated magnetic field.
  • Calculate the probability that a high-energy pion decays within a certain distance from its origin given its rest mass and proper lifetime.
  • Identify model weaknesses and enhance training and evaluation workflows through tasks like these.
Candidate Profile
  • Academic Background: PhD/Postdoc in Physics, Applied Physics, or a related field.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills: Solve advanced physics problems with clear reasoning.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Explain complex topics with precision.
  • Research Independence: Work independently in a remote research environment and participate in team discussions.
  • Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable computer and internet setup.

Required qualifications include a completed or current PhD; incomplete applications will not be considered.
