Job Title: Atlassian Administrator

Location: Jodhpur, India

Mode: Hybrid

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Atlassian Administrator.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in analysing, troubleshooting, implementing, and supporting Jira and Confluence Cloud. They will work closely with senior technical management, product owners and project managers to develop, design and implement requirements.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for improving alignment of technology solutions with operational areas to focus on practical delivery of solutions architecture to the organization. They will provide ownership and regular updates of issues including supporting users with best practice advice until request has been resolved.
  • As a subject matter expert ('SME') for Atlassian Jira and Confluence and related add-ons, you will evaluate, diagnose, research, analyse and provide solutions to simple and medium-complexity problems encountered. You will also be responsible for proactive planning to assess new upcoming features on cloud and communicating to users wherever applicable.
  • Adherence to security policy surrounding platform standards and providing engineering solutions to that policy as directed by the security product roadmap is also required. This includes ensuring operational requirements are matched in the delivery of services around standards and engineering, identifying when support arrangements may need to change to efficiently and effectively onboard new technology.
  • You will own and manage user access permissions per security guidelines. Excellent communication at all levels, clearly articulating plans verbally and in written form, is essential for this role.
