Key Responsibilities

You'll be involved in various areas of the business beyond your core responsibilities.

You'll have the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills and gain exposure to how a fast-scaling startup is built.

With this experience and in-depth knowledge of the business, you'll be well-positioned to grow with the company into a senior position within the recruitment function.

Key Tasks:

  1. You'll post and manage job adverts across various job boards.
  2. You'll perform active candidate outreach via platforms such as LinkedIn.
  3. You'll build screening and assessment processes, including technical assessments, video interviews, and creating questions and marking rubrics.
  4. You'll review job applications and mark assessments.
  5. You'll perform background checks on candidates.
  6. You'll create candidate shortlists for clients.
  7. You'll handle candidate communication and coordination, providing feedback and responses promptly.
  8. You'll build and manage key relationships with institutional partners such as universities and colleges.
  9. You'll build our employer brand awareness and presence through events and networking.
  10. You'll refine our screening and assessment process.
  11. You'll report on and manage recruitment performance.
  12. You'll action items from client calls and performance reviews.
  13. You'll create SOPs for new and existing processes.
  14. You'll continually optimize existing processes.

Requirements:

  • You should have a strong work ethic.
  • You should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a startup environment or scale-up.
