Talent Acquisition Specialist

Effective talent acquisition is pivotal for business growth and success. We seek a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts and find top talent for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
  • Research industry best practices in talent acquisition, select effective recruitment strategies, and implement changes to enhance the TA process efficiency.
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Implement effective candidate assessment methodologies, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Enhance the organization's employer brand to attract top talent through various channels such as social media, industry events networking & Campus.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, be passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers. The candidate should also be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
