Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional with expertise in staffing and recruitment.

About the Role:

This position plays a critical role in leading our recruitment efforts, developing strategies to source top talent, and ensuring seamless integration of new hires into our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of recruiters to achieve aggressive hiring targets
  • Negotiate rates and agreements with external recruitment agencies
  • Coordinate recruitment drives, train recruiters, and meet clients
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and vendors

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM)

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment agencies
  • A proven track record of managing large teams and achieving high-performance standards
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Adequate knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, Quikr) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
