Job Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Services Coordinator located in Ernakulam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing timely support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and review all financial data, including accounts payable and receivable, bank statements, and payroll records.
- Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with audits, reconciliations, and other financial tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in accounting software and basic computer applications.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role is advantageous.
