Job Overview:

Guidehouse is seeking a highly skilled Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our daily operations with your expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations team with AML expertise and perform quality checks to ensure the highest level of quality in our processes.
  • Assist the Operations team with new process transition by playing a key role in the Knowledge transfer activities, including learning and understanding client processes, developing operating procedures, and preparing training documents.
  • Train team players on specific knowledge areas and processes, and contribute to process quality assurance by conducting quality checks and tracking progress through reporting and MIS.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' work experience in training design and facilitation using multiple delivery methods.
  • Prior experience providing training or coaching to employees of varying experience levels is mandatory.
  • At least 6+ years of most recent/relevant work experience working in Global, preferably US, AML processes/workstreams, specifically in Transaction monitoring.
  • CAMS certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background and understanding of Global Money laundering and AML-CFT, BSA and OFAC regulatory compliance, financial concepts/issues, with the ability to translate into procedural and training content required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT.
  • Good English Comprehension skills and English communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Able to plan and oversee multiple assignments and operate in a dynamic work environment by adapting seamlessly to changing work demands.
  • Strong training capabilities, able to understand the needs of the group being trained and adapt the training delivery method to ensure optimum knowledge transfer during the training sessions.
  • Receptive to coaching and feedback.
  • Results-oriented with strong initiative, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Graduate and above.
  • Candidate should not have any history of criminal cases.
  • Should possess all education and work experience-related documents/certificates and be able to clear all potential background checks on prior education, criminal records, prior work experience.
