Job Opportunity:

Master Data Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) specialist to lead our MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data quality frameworks and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing Data Solutions: Develop sustainable data management processes to ensure high-quality master data.
  • Data Quality Framework: Implement data quality standards and best practices for metadata repositories and frameworks.
  • Data Cleansing and Remediation: Lead data cleansing efforts to address data inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
  • Metadata Management: Establish metadata repositories to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships.
  • Interfacing with Applications: Collaborate with application teams to integrate master data solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong MDM Understanding: Over 8 years experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role.
  • Metalogic Knowledge: Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, tools, and techniques.
  • Fusion Oracle Cloud Advantage: Experience with the Fusion Oracle cloud platform is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
