Senior Digital Media Specialist

About the Role:

We seek a skilled Senior Digital Media Specialist to develop and execute digital media strategies that drive business growth through social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital media planning and campaign execution across multiple social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Design and implement performance-driven social media campaigns leveraging Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search Ads, and display networks.
  • Create, optimize, and schedule content tailored to social media platforms to resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze social media and ad campaign performance, providing detailed reports on key metrics like engagement, reach, click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital media trends, bringing innovative approaches to enhance business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital media management, marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Search.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search & Display), Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media ad platforms.
  • Experience in data analysis, campaign optimization, and performance-driven marketing strategies.
