Job Title: Virtual CFO Advisory Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead the development of our virtual-CFO practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding clients and delivering high-quality financial services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in credit analysis and possess excellent business acumen. A strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting is essential. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to represent our clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard virtual CFO assignments from SME and startup ecosystems
  • Evaluate the credibility and project viability of clients
  • Prepare financial models for detailed credit evaluation
  • Represent business cases for fundraise evaluations
  • Develop industry connects and presence in business forums
  • Develop a team for end-to-end virtual CFO practice

Requirements:

  • CA candidate with an MBA and credit appraisal experience
  • Excellent understanding of business cycles across sectors
  • A minimum of 4 years of credit underwriting and analysis experience
  • Exceptional analysis skills, including cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, compliance, and risk management
  • Excellent understanding of tech interfaces to integrate the CFO advisory practice
