Job Opportunity: Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive operational and financial success at our IVF centers. The role involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, compliance, process optimization, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual operating plans & performance targets in line with corporate strategy.
  • Ensure achievement of financial & operational targets through effective budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Monitor revenue, profitability & team performance against defined Key Result Areas (KRAs).
  • Lead initiatives to optimize costs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), medical record management, and audit readiness.
  • Serve as an escalation point for operational issues and ensure medico-legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in local markets.
  • Coordinate monthly P&L reviews with the corporate Management Information Systems (MIS) team.
  • Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics through data-driven decision making.

  • Strong leadership & people management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve financial targets (Revenue, EBITDA, Contribution Margin).
  • Customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score 90%) & retention focus.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance & medico-legal requirements.
