Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation professional to join our team as a Senior Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the maintenance of plant equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing digitalization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and instrumentation engineering, with experience in maintenance management and project execution. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Management: Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of plant equipment.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed, and that any incidents or near misses are reported and addressed promptly.
  • Digitalization Initiatives: Implement digitalization initiatives to improve process efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance overall plant performance.
  • Project Execution: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering: Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
  • Maintenance Management: Proven experience in maintenance management, with a strong understanding of maintenance strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Digitalization: Experience in implementing digitalization initiatives, including IoT, AI, and data analytics.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
