Procurement Professional

The key objective of this role is to deliver high-value sourcing strategies across the procurement portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and develop a procurement system ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage system integrations, user roles and access levels, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Streamline workflows and automate processes to reduce manual efforts and improve compliance.
  • Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Procurement.
  • Maintain a contract database and oversee key supplier performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with expertise in system operation - preferably Zycus, Ariba, or Coupa.
  • Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education in Procurement or Business Administration.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
