Job Title: Identity Management Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Identity Management Specialist to join our team

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) solutions to support the integration, management, and optimization of IAM systems within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and Configure IAM Systems: Design, implement, and configure IAM solutions to meet business and security requirements, including user identity management, role-based access control (RBAC), authentication methods (MFA, SSO), and identity federation.
  • Manage IAM Processes: Manage IAM processes such as user lifecycle management, access provisioning, role management, and secure authentication mechanisms. Ensure policies are enforced to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Security and Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOC2). Work to implement policies and controls that align with organizational security and privacy standards.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with IT, security, compliance, and business teams to define, develop, and deploy IAM solutions that address business needs while meeting compliance standards.
  • Integration with Third-Party Applications: Integrate IAM with cloud and on-premises applications for seamless identity and access management across the enterprise. Support SSO (Single Sign-On) and identity federation with external services.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Provide technical support for identity-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve access issues, system errors, and configuration problems promptly and effectively.
  • Audit and Monitoring: Support the monitoring of IAM processes and conduct audits of user access and permissions to ensure proper governance, compliance, and security.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Educate business users and internal teams on IAM best practices, including how to manage users, roles, and access securely. Provide training on security protocols such as MFA and conditional access.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of IAM technologies, including Azure Active Directory, Okta, and SailPoint.
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing successful IAM projects.
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and SOC2.
