Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our digital marketing strategies across web, email, social media, and events. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills who can drive performance, optimize digital campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally across departments. You will be responsible for managing marketing tools, external vendors, and ensuring all initiatives are aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media.

- Optimize the company website and landing pages for SEO and user experience.

- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Zoho Campaigns or similar.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors for campaign execution and event promotion.

- Analyze digital performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.

- Maintain and update CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) to align with marketing workflows.

- Support the marketing team with content planning, event marketing, and lead generation activities.

- Ensure all campaigns are consistent with brand voice and compliant with data privacy Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, email marketing, and analytics.

- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush (or similar), Zoho CRM, and Zoho Campaigns (or other email automation tools).

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in lead generation and brand building.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with great attention to detail.

Nice to Have

- Experience in B2B SaaS or mobility/transportation sectors.

- Familiarity with paid marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
