Job Title: Demand Generation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Strategist to join our team at TopSource Worldwide. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various digital and offline channels to attract and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Develop and manage paid advertisement campaigns across multiple platforms to generate high-quality leads and drive conversion.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CPL, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI, to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve marketing objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, and performance marketing, preferably in B2B with global exposure (US, EU, APAC).
  • Strong communication skills and expertise in digital marketing, including SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Data-driven analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, and Meta to optimize campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; postgraduate degree preferred.
  • A strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and adept at project and team management.
