- Resolving customer complaints and queries while offering detailed information.
- Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
- Offering training sessions to new employees to enhance their skills.
- Providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Following up with customers for additional information.
- Taking feedback from customers.

- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role.
