Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Wintel environment, encompassing Servers, Virtualization platform, and associated technologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Solution design and technical governance
  • Patch and compliance management
  • Lifecycle planning and audit readiness

The ideal candidate will collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver BAU services and infrastructure projects, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient IT operations.

Key Areas of Focus:
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Manage global Wintel operations in partnership with service providers
    • Lead 24x7 BAU activities and incident response
    • Govern patch compliance and performance optimization
    • Review and standardize operational tasks and GSOPs
  • Project Management & Technical Delivery:
    • Lead technical execution of infrastructure projects
    • Architect and implement infrastructure solutions
    • Drive initiatives for virtualization, automation, and legacy system upgrades
  • Governance, Compliance & Audit:
    • Maintain compliance with internal controls and InfoSec policies
    • Conduct periodic review of EOL/EOS platforms and define decommission strategies
  • People & Stakeholder Management:
    • Mentor and develop Wintel L2/L3 team members
  • Vendor & Partner Management:
    • Govern SLAs and KPIs of infrastructure service partners
  • Financials, Inventory & Risk:
    • Govern asset lifecycle and Wintel server license compliance
  • Innovation & Strategic Planning:
    • Identify infrastructure gaps and propose innovative solutions
