Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions to college students on sales and marketing concepts.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive training sessions on sales and marketing principles
  • Develop and deliver structured training modules tailored to different student levels
  • Provide career guidance, mentoring, and workplace readiness training
  • Support placement activities including interview preparation and resume building
  • Maintain accurate records of training documentation, attendance, registration sheets, photographs, and Learning Management System uploads
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth implementation
  • Travel across colleges and institutions for training delivery

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to connect with students and create interactive learning experiences
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Learning Management System platforms
  • Willingness to travel extensively as per training schedules
  • Laptop and bike with valid license are mandatory
