About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to support our team of experts in a challenging and growth-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Development team to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop sales pitches for prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledgebase of carbon markets through desk-based research and categorize reports, documents, policies, and analysis at local and national levels;
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services;
  • Seek out appropriate contacts in organizations and generate leads through regular follow-ups;
  • Assist seniors in developing sales pitches for prospective clients and participate in presentations of business ideas;
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and expedite processes through established practices;
  • Draw up client contracts depending on company size and service requirements;
  • Support reporting manager in tracking and maintaining leads generated and providing data for client-specific presentations.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification;
  • 1-3 years of experience in Renewable Energy, Carbon Consultancy, Power Sector, WTE, or NBS;
  • Ability to write reports, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and prepare contracts;
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities through effective time management;
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility for tasks assigned;
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English;
  • Good communication and report-writing skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Team player with adaptable working nature and multitasking ability.
