  • Strategic Planning and Development: Developing & implementing the company's strategic plan in alignment.">
  • Project Management: Overseeing the execution of strategic projects & initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.">
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform strategic decisions.">
  • Corporate Planning/ Development: Identifying and evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances. Lead due diligence processes and negotiations for corporate development activities.">
  • Innovation and Growth Initiatives: Fostering a culture of innovation within the organization to drive growth. Oversee the development of new products, services, and business models.">
