Lead Product Engineering Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Product Engineering Leader who can spearhead the development of scalable B2B/B2E products. A proven track record in building data-driven and workflow-based solutions across multiple clouds is essential.

  • The ideal candidate should have led engineering teams to create Enterprise-grade products that can scale on demand, prioritize security, and deliver results quickly.
  • Able to conceptualize products, design architecture, and bring them to market in a short span of time while ensuring they meet performance, reliability, scalability, usability, security, flexibility, and cost requirements.
  • We seek someone passionate about building highly scalable and performant products who can apply creative thinking to resolve technical challenges that drive business growth and align with product non-functional requirements.
  • The successful candidate will be able to present vision and value of proposed architectures and solutions to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.
  • Able to engage in technology-centric discussions with customers, understand their needs, manage expectations, and provide tailored solutions that address their business requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with key partners, including Product managers & owners, business and engineering teams, to identify and define solutions for complex business and technical challenges.
  • Bonus points for experience in Life sciences/Commercial/Incentive Compensation domain or building data-centric products dealing with large datasets.

Skill Requirements:

  • Product Mindset - Experience in agile methodology-based product development. Able to define incremental development paths for functionality to achieve future vision.
  • Task Management – Have team management experience and should be able to plan tasks, discuss and work on priorities.
  • Communication – Able to convey ideas and information clearly and accurately to self or others whether in writing or verbal.

Qualifications:

  • At least 15+ years of experience working in IT
  • 7+ years of experience in product development and core engineering
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science from a reputable institution.

Tech Exposures: React JS, Python, PySpark, Snowflake, Postgres, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, Docker, EKS. Experience with AI/GenAI Technologies is an added plus. Additional relevant engineering experience in Java/JEE/.Net Technologies is also valuable as long as you have a strong product engineering background.
