Financial Support Specialist

">">We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide financial support to operational project teams throughout the life cycle of clinical trials.">
  • Support Project Teams">
    • You will work closely with project teams to identify and address financial issues related to clinical trials.">
    • Assist in preparing monthly invoicing worksheets, which serve as source documents for client invoicing and revenue recognition.">
    • Perform variance analysis to compare forecasted revenue to actual revenue, identifying gaps, changes in scope, and other discrepancies.">
    • Review work orders and change order budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance.">
    • Support monthly project review meetings as needed.">

  • Contract Management">
    • You will assist in preparing contract documents, including statements of work and change orders.">
    • Work with the Manager, Operational Finance and Vice President, Operational Finance to ensure timely and accurate contract management.">
    ">
  • Financial Reporting">
    • You will assist in providing financial reporting and general ledger support to the Company Accountant.">
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.">
    • Collaborate with Finance team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.">
    ">
  • Skills and Qualifications">
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.">
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in general ledger and financial reporting, including knowledge of accounting cycles, project budgets, and Earned Value Analysis.">
    • Fluency in English and local language (if applicable).">
