Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and leadership skills to drive technical vision and strategy across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Problem-solving: Break down complex problems into manageable parts and apply relevant techniques to drive required outcomes.
  • Algorithm Utilization: Discuss and utilize various algorithms and approaches daily, ensuring efficient solutions.
  • Software Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire software lifecycle, including hands-on development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Asset Development: Develop reusable and scalable assets, implementing ML best practices and working directly with internal technical teams.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market and industry trends in technology, proposing innovative solutions.
  • Technique Stay: Stay up-to-date with emerging ML techniques and best practices.
  • Coding Responsibilities: Responsible for coding, testing, debugging, evaluating solution/technology options (including Cloud), and documenting application development.

Qualifications:

Graduate with an Engineering Degree (CS/Electronics/IT) or MCA/MCS, supplemented by a postgraduate degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Analytics.

Required Skills:

8-15 years of experience.

Preferred Skills:

Agile SCRUM and MLOps experience are preferred.
