Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Support Matrix Systems: Utilize your expertise to develop and support matrix systems, including IN/Billing system components.
  • Client Requirements and Business Models: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and business models, ensuring seamless operation of billing systems.
  • Operations Management: Lead the operations team, liaise with onshore/offshore teams to identify gaps and alert possible risks proactively.
  • Issue Debugging and Root Cause Analysis: Apply problem-solving skills to debug issues and identify root causes.
  • User Clarification Sessions and Feature Rollouts: Participate in user clarification sessions and contribute to new feature rollouts on billing systems.
  • Quality Assurance and Requirement Management: Ensure high-quality assurance for new features, report, manage, and track requirements and functional changes.
  • MATRIXX OCS Experience: Possess experience in MATRIXX OCS pricing configuration (new products/Bundles/offers/Balances … etc.).
  • MATRIXX Engine Task Processing and Events: Have experience in MATRIXX engine task processing (API) and events processing.
  • MATRIXX Channel Server and Network Integration: Manage MATRIXX channel server, publishing server network integration architecture.
