We are an BSE Listed IT Services company based in Mumbai looking for a seasoned HR professional to join our leadership team as an HR Manager. This is a senior-level position designed for someone who can bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across the entire HR spectrum.

Role Description

As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing all core areas of HR, including:

  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding – Build strong pipelines and ensure we attract the best talent.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture – Create initiatives that foster a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
  • Performance Management & Learning – Drive processes that enable growth, continuous feedback, and development.
  • HR Operations & Compliance – Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while keeping us aligned with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Policy & Process Development – Strengthen frameworks that balance organizational goals with employee well-being.
  • Strategic HR Partnering – Work closely with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in HR, with at least 3+ years in a senior generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of the IT/Technology services industry.
  • Ability to balance people empathy with business acumen.
  • Proven experience in scaling HR practices in a growing organization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
