Job Description

As a high-performing marketing professional, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through paid digital marketing campaigns. Your analytical mindset and passion for ROI-driven marketing will be essential in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing campaigns with measurable results, as well as experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performing funnels and drive student acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel
