As a seasoned Procurement Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business value and supporting the achievement of strategic objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a first point of contact for all procurement-related requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies that align with business priorities.">
  • Roll out procurement priorities into your area of responsibility, ensuring effective execution and delivery.">
  • Stay abreast of market trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to drive business growth and category development.">
  • Manage local procurement activities, balancing the needs of local demand with global or regional priorities and roadmaps.">
  • Drive performance management, setting targets for your team based on business expectations and market development.">
  • Implement risk management processes, collaborating with peers to mitigate supply chain risks.">
  • Provide input on supplier qualification, selection, and monitoring, consulting on audits as necessary.">
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Heads of Departments and Business Partners.">
  • Develop expertise in SAP MM, Ariba, and COPA Procurement systems, applying this knowledge to optimize procurement processes.">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong exposure to marketing and corporate events categories.">
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a people management role, with 10-14 years overall in procurement.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders.">
  • Proficiency in SAP MM, Ariba, and COPA Procurement systems.">
  • Demonstrated experience in audits and risk management.">
  • A strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.">
