We are currently seeking an experienced User Experience Design Specialist with a strong background in user-centered design principles to create innovative and engaging user experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • User-Centered Design Methods: Apply user-centered design methods and usability principles to create exceptional user experiences.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, product owners, PMs, and developers, to drive design decisions.
  • User Experience Creation: Create or improve user experiences for enterprise products, particularly in commerce or consumer goods industries.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Use creative and critical thinking to solve complex design problems.
  • Presentation Skills: Present work effectively across different disciplines using excellent communication skills.
Desirable Skills
  • AI Technology Familiarity: Familiarity with the latest AI technologies.
  • Prototyping Experience: Experience creating functional prototypes.
  • Global Team Collaboration: Flexibility to accommodate meetings with global teams, including US-based teams in the evenings.
  • Ai Project Experience: Experience working on AI projects and engaging with AI design communities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design or related fields.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Design (e.g., user experience, HCI, graphic) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Portfolio: A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve design challenges and communicate effectively.
